our practice is highly patient focused, having a multidisciplinary approach to patients’ health care. we aim to deliver the best for our patients by combining the skills of the practice team with other health and social care workers in the community. we provide modern health care facilities and focus on continually improving the health of our patients and residents of the community. this website is aimed at providing you the important information about our practice , our services and our staff in addition to some other useful information and tools available for you to use. please have a look around and send us any comments or suggestions . we use your comments and ideas to improve our online services and develop the content of the site accordingly. a ‘healthy lifestyle’ is what we recommend: stop smoking. eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruit and veg. exercise regularly. keep alcohol intake within recommended limits. has changed the way it deals with repeat prescriptions from 3 rd january 2017. to make it easier & safer for patients to obtain repeat prescriptions, patients will no longer be able to order these over the telephone with the surgery. however, repeat prescriptions can still be posted into the repeat prescriptions box located in the entrance to the surgery, be requested via the patient access online service (please click the patient access logo below) or arranged directly by telephoning your pharmacy. please remember to give a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for your prescription to be processed. patient notice fitting & removal of contraceptive implants can no longer be carried out at the surgery, however alternative providers for this service are available at trinity square health centre . alternatively a referral can be made for you to attend wrekenton medical group . once registered for this service, patients can immediately book or cancel two appointments online. upon appropriate i.d. verification with a receptionist, patients can have additional services enabled such as booking additional appointments, managing repeat prescriptions, and access to aspects of their medical record. please be aware some services can take up to 28 days to be approved.
